Founded h-109. Named for Tray Gallund. After Tray's assassination, Admond Gallund becomes de facto ruler with the council. By h-141: Admond and Graak Cinderforce were killed at the Tower of Basai by a maximized delayed fireball (triggered by Brandon Swiftwater escaping through the Basai portal to the Nexus). Peter Gallund assumes control with a strong hatred of outsiders. Solomon (Seamus Adair) maintains a large intelligence network spanning all River Lord empires AND extending into Arla — Jack the Gobo (Brightport) and contacts at Brimstone (Millworks) are part of this Arla network. The GRE intelligence network in Arla is an embedded function of this faction rather than a separate entity.
