Capital of the Parverean Empire and seat of the God King Xut-Doon. After the Empire fractured it became a political warzone, littered with the poor and starving who flocked to the capital because drought and famine left them nowhere else.

About this record: art and source provenance, discrepanciesMERGED 2026-08-02: the character stub `172-zubyar` was the same city under a transposed spelling and has been deleted. The raw lore uses both spellings; **Zubayr** is canonical. Home to a temple of Sarshol, where Lil'ithe Adorane's father served as a cleric until he was caught up in the first temple wars. Xut-Doon's temple guard purged all opposition from the city on his order; a second purge followed years later, prompting the temple of Sarshol to exile Lil'ithe north for her own protection.
