A circlet of blackened root and antler with seven uneven points, grown through with silverwood and small leaves that never fall. Legend says a forgotten god of the wilderness gave it to her last prophet as shelter, and that the prophet is still wearing it.

Campaign Notes
DM only β campaign-sensitive materialEldra Vey has no character entity yet; she is recorded here in notableOwners only. Her age (rooted since before Terek's Folly, ~2,000+ years conscious) is a large canon lever β she predates the Folly and watched it from inside a tree. Downgrade her to a post-TF prophet if that is too big a claim for the northwest. The Lizards Forest (Ignop's origin, northwest of the western continent, per PilotStar/Gods/Ignop Shelter (Ig-nOP).md) has no location entity yet. The grove and the one known northwest shrine are the same place in this write-up β that is an authored decision, not source canon. Maker's mark usage follows WORLD_OVERVIEW.md:61 β every Hesh god stamped a signature symbol on their creations, and the mark is how a creation is traced to its true divine source.
Record Notes
About this record: art and source provenance, discrepanciesSYSTEM-AGNOSTIC BY DESIGN. No system's stat block, rarity tier, or attunement rules are used. Difficulty is a five-rung ladder (Easy / Moderate / Hard / Severe / Near-impossible), harm is a fraction of total health, and modifiers are 'one step better/worse' on whatever scale the table already uses. WHY IT ISN'T EVIL. Ignop Shelter's dogma was respect for the wild, keeping the peace of the wilderness in one's heart, and a balanced, measured, thoughtful response in all things. The crown is that dogma carried to its end and left running with nobody to moderate it. Her name is the mechanic: Shelter. It protects the wearer from everything, forever, by making them part of the place that does the protecting. Ignop died in the Folly; her plane stayed bonded to the Hesh network and still leaks. The crown is not a curse laid on anyone β it is a kindness that outlived the person who knew when to stop. That is precisely why it cannot be argued out of a wearer: there is no one on the other end. DIFFERENTIATION FROM crown-of-sorin. Both are crowns holding a dead god's residue that consume their wearer, so keep the contrast explicit at the table. Sorin is a someone wearing you β an active consciousness, a voice, possession, replacement. The Crown of Hesh has no voice and no intent; it never notices you were separate. Sorin takes the wearer's place. Ignop's crown takes the wearer's edges. NOT A WIZARD WAR RELIC. Keep this outside the twenty-relic set in campaigns/0335-wizard-war/relics.md, which already has a crown (Crown of Unbound Arcana) and a nature slot (Boots of the Verdant Path). UNASSIGNED. No campaign attached β filed as world-level lore. Attach to a campaign when it enters play.
