A Hesh noble who ascended to godhood as goddess of Fire/Spring, her story inseparable from Felmist's. She was driven by love for Felmist and a determination to prove herself his equal — and in the end she was the reason he reached godhood. Char ascended first, focusing all her energy on pure power: the ability to channel volcanoes and the elemental plane of fire, with which her own plane slightly overlaps. She survived Terek's Folly.
