Sylmaris Barony

Seated at Mithril Harbor, the second largest city in the Greyrock region. A varied, trade-heavy economy with the widest racial mix outside Greyrock city itself, though the ruling family is all half-elf. Its weakness is position: on the northern part of the continent, cut off from the wealthy southern economies by the isthmus of Bosh Arla. Exposure to other cultures has left them convinced they are the most erudite and sophisticated of all Greyrock.
