A partially intact Hesh city embedded inside the obsidian cliffs created by Terek's Folly near Cliffhaven. The obsidian cliffs were formed when a section of the planet's crust was torn upward and melted by immense heat, folding sections of the city in on itself. Remains of people are frozen in the smooth obsidian walls. Recently re-exposed by time and ocean, a large street corridor leads to the inner ward. Accessible via sea by Captain Kate's Black Mist, using Medallions of Terek for passage through the stone gates.

Resbic Cassius and Dragon Knights made camp at the entrance gate trying to gain access when the party arrived (ch-12). The party used the medallions to enter and the gates opened silently. Contains the runecrystal that activates the Forge of Bourdain. Doomguard Killian Grey escaped after the party's visit and became known as the 'Winter Soldier,' causing havoc in the GRE countryside.
