Arla

A free nation across the straight from the Gallund River Lands. Made up of multiple coexisting tribes, including the Sparrow Tribe. Attacked by evil River Lords in the past. Drift came to Cliffhaven on a diplomatic mission to prevent Trayalon from invading. Tray Gallund secretly sent spies to Arla to assess their defenses. Arla has been a place that has changed and evolved through the centuries but has somehow also remained generally the same. Tribes have come and gone, but no person has been able to unite the various clans throughout the region -- until the GRE incursion. The tribes themselves have changed in racial makeup as well: some of the earlier tribes consisted of elves and gnomes, while the makeup of Arla during the time of Morgana is primarily human.
