Record Notes
About this record: art and source provenance, discrepanciesPrince Vessian's assessment, and he built much of it: his family's rule had been isolationist but never aggressive, and the Sentinels existed to defend elvish lands, not to project force across the continent and make claims on other nations' sovereign technology. What the current council does with the military he spent his life building is a profound misuse. A non-interference agreement exists between the elves and the Tinkersville gnomes β the elves do not hamper gnomish research so long as the gnomes do not share their technology widely on the continent. Tac observes it probably did not anticipate Fey. Encounters: Moonguard Terran at Tarton (summoned two Sentinels over Tank's elvish components; the party destroyed one and took its power core). Captain Tarrin at the corrupted grove (withdrew when Tac addressed the Sentinels over his head and two of them simply left). The Architect runs the plague weaponisation programme from the council. The Stewards contracted the Black Cabal against Starfall's leadership.
