The Religious Tenant

Usually just 'the Tenant'. Easily the strongest and most influential of Red Shield's five guilds, founded by Galbrand Landus alongside the Landus Library. The Landus family are its de facto leaders, effectively making them the leaders of the nation — common knowledge, and rarely questioned. The Tenant holds an actual seat of power in the GRE Council, and its opposition to the Military's overreach helped secure Red Shield's autonomy after the Farmers Rebellion.
