The Gallund River Empire's clandestine paramilitary arm, organised into small named squads that operate autonomously with deliberately sparse support. Operatives carry enchanted rings for telepathic communication — rings that are not secure: Rebecca Cassius, who enchanted them, could listen through them, and at least one WARD group is believed to have been executed through theirs. The WARD charter permits squads to keep items recovered on mission.
