Banking Guild

Notoriously closed to outsiders and loathed for strict loan policies and tight control of the money supply, with an absolute lock on the finances of the City, the Clanholds and the Baronies. Ruled by a combination of dwarven gold merchants, Redray wizards and Atonce banking interests. Its origins are somehow lost — banks appeared as soon as coins were minted, but the Guild simply appeared, and its headquarters bears no name over the door and no recorded founding.
