Old NPC survivors of the Gate War escape are a designed information source for the h-172 party, informing them about past events and pointing at areas to investigate. Captain Johns heard the stories of what the Council of Trayalon did during the war. Craynoth was later found and rescued from the plane he fell into by Sorin Deepshadow, and agreed to help Sorin in exchange for aid retaking the prison plane. The exact year is unrecorded in this source.
