Heir only because he was born five minutes before his twin sister Winreth. Takes the position with complete seriousness, applying himself to academic study and to his training as a Ranger. Nicknamed the 'Ice Prince' for his deadly aim and aloof manner. Usually surrounded by an entourage of fellow rangers and young aristocracy, none of whom are friends — Vulmon confides in no one. Considered the most eligible bachelor in the baronies, yet at nearly forty has never held a relationship beyond a few weeks.
