Ruler of the Dawncrest elves and father of Prince Vesion. He disagreed with the council of elders' ruling that convicted Aliana Dawn of treason for sharing elvish weapon knowledge with outsiders, and was overruled — by a council led by the Moonguards, who knew his son was in love with the accused.

About this record: art and source provenance, discrepanciesHis overruling is the hinge of the whole Skycaller fall. The Moonguard family, then the royal house's military advisors, used Vesion's refusal to arrest Aliana as the pretext to displace the Skycallers and take Dawncrest for themselves. The Skycaller royals were present at the signing of the pact between the elves and the Hesh in Terek's council chamber in the City of Lights.
