Working from the City 6 undercity, the party and resistance plan a coordinated uprising/diversion. Resistance cells will attack Nardic military infrastructure while Trevor's group strikes a temple complex used for drug production, detention, and processing of abductees.
The party reconnoiters the temple and learns that victims emerge heavily drugged. The lower levels contain narcotics/manufacturing operations, while the temple proper is defended by priests, workers, and cultivated creatures. The resistance supplies explosives to help destroy the operation.
The party infiltrates, isolates the high priest, and then fights through the complex. Baby's habitual greed becomes strategically important: she discovers an enormous temple treasury and begins moving huge quantities of gold even while the rescue is underway. This is the start of the wealth problem that later strains the relationship with the resistance.
The group finds roughly two hundred abducted people from Rosenthorne's world being held/processed. Some recognize Trevor and Gaby, turning the mission from abstract rescue to direct recovery of the Baron's subjects. Jennifer takes on a practical rescue role, helping shepherd captives out while the core party continues clearing dangerous areas.
